Last May 6, 2026, engineering and maintenance professionals from various San Miguel operations gathered at Quest Hotel, Alabang for the Engineering and Maintenance Technical Forum, where Engr. Eric Jude S. Soliman, President and CEO of Hytec Power Inc., delivered a presentation entitled “Building Future-Ready Technical Capabilities Across San Miguel Operations.”
During his presentation, Engr. Soliman emphasized the vital role of engineering and maintenance teams in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable industrial operations. He highlighted that modern maintenance is no longer limited to repairing equipment after breakdowns, but now requires a more proactive, predictive, and data-driven approach as industrial systems continue to evolve through automation and digitalization.
Engr.
