A Partnership for Skills Development
BAGUIO CITY – The Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education (CSITE) formalized separate partnerships with Labtech and Cybertech Institute on August 7, 2026. The agreements bring together institutional expertise, industry knowledge, modern technologies, and international best practices to strengthen technical education and training.
Cybertech President and CEO Engr. Eric Jude S. Soliman emphasized that the agreements should move beyond formal signing toward active implementation, regular coordination, and shared accountability. Cybertech committed to support technology-driven and industry-responsive initiatives that improve program delivery and expand pathways to employment, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.
The ceremony featured a welcome message from Ms. Melita D. Pinic, followed by a keynote address from Director Vidal D. Villanueva III. Partner messages were delivered by Engr. Glenn N. Murphy, Mr. Brad Ker, and Engr. Eric Jude S. Soliman, while Ms. Daisy C. Bungallon delivered the closing message. The event highlighted the shared vision and commitment of CSITE, Cybertech, and Labtech to advancing technical education and skills development.
Moving forward, the partnerships will focus on three key priorities: implementing agreed programs through technology-enabled training, strengthening regular coordination and collaboration among CSITE, Cybertech, Labtech, TESDA, and other relevant partners, and delivering measurable outcomes for trainers, learners, and communities. Through these partnerships, the institutions aim to connect education, industry, technology, and international practices in support of developing a highly skilled, adaptable, and globally competitive Filipino workforce.
